Michael Guthammar, Founding Partner

Mr. Guthammar has more than 20 years of experience with cross-border mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions.He has advised clients on many transactions between North America and Europe but has also been involved in projects in South America and Asia.Mr. Guthammar gained a significant part of his experience at the merchant banking arm of a major European bank and was subsequently a partner at a boutique cross-border mergers & acquisitions firm.

Mr. Guthammar is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics and of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
