Michael Guthammar, Founding Partner

Mr. Guthammar has more than 20 years of experience with cross-border mergers & acquisitions and corporate finance transactions. He has advised clients on many transactions between North America and Europe but has also been involved in projects in South America and Asia. Mr. Guthammar gained a significant part of his experience at the merchant banking arm of a major European bank and was subsequently a partner at a boutique cross-border mergers & acquisitions firm.

Mr. Guthammar is a graduate of the Stockholm School of Economics and of The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
